Cancelling an order

After shipping

Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but you may be able to return it under our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds for cancelled orders

If you paid online, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method within [5–7] business days of cancellation.

Cancellations by us

We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the delivery address is not serviceable, or a Cash on Delivery order could not be confirmed. If you had paid, you will receive a full refund.
