• Payment details: online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
• Usage data: basic, anonymous information about how our website is used, to improve it.

How we use it

• To process, deliver and support your orders.
• To send order updates (including WhatsApp or SMS confirmations for Cash on Delivery).
• Marketing messages are sent only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.

Sharing

We share only what is necessary with service providers who help us run the store — payment processing (Razorpay), delivery partners and messaging providers. We do not sell your personal information.
